The goal of the “Rebuild Lyons Fund” is to provide financial support for non-profit organizations and government bodies (e.g., Town of Lyons) who have incurred significant expenses or curtailment of current or future operations due to the flood that will not be reimbursed by insurance, relief aid, or other public or private sources. Grants up to $10,000 per project per group/body will be available to:
- 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization (or have a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor)
- Any local, state or county government body, that is located in the Greater Lyons Area (Boulder County north of Nelson Road, west of Hygiene, and east of Allenspark, including the Riverside/Raymond area), as well as lands in southern Larimer County in the Spring Gulch/Blue Mountain, Pinewood Springs, and Big Elk Meadows areas.
Individuals, households, and families are not eligible to apply.
